I know you don’t want to be here.

If you’re walking through divorce, it’s normal to feel unsteady, anxious, or unsure of how to move forward. Often there’s a pressure to carry it all alone—even when what you most need is support.

With is here to offer a steady, compassionate space where you can process the pain, rediscover your strengths, and begin taking real steps toward healing and rebuilding your life. As a therapy hero of mine reminds us, “healing is undoing aloneness in the face of overwhelming experience.” That truth is personal for me. I know the difference support, honest feedback, and companionship can make.

Too often, strength has been defined as going it alone. I’m here to break that myth. Support is not weakness—it’s essential for healing, growth, and rebuilding your life.

Hi! I’m Greg Mathews

I’m a licensed counselor (MA, LPC) with a focus on developmental and relational trauma. I incorporate cognitive, emotion-focused, and somatic therapy approaches for whole-person growth and healing.

I provide therapy services, facilitate workshops, and design curriculum in the emotional and mental health space. More importantly, I’m a fellow human who has navigated my own seasons of transition, including divorce, and experienced the power of safe, supportive spaces to hold grief, hope, fear, and possibility all at once.

I’m glad you’re here.
