with you.
Therapy for navigating change, relationships, stress, and overwhelming experience.
A supportive space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
What Therapy Supports
Therapy here isn’t about fixing you or rushing toward answers. Over time, many people experience practical, meaningful changes such as:
Relating to stress and strong emotions with more steadiness, rather than feeling overwhelmed or reactive
Recognizing the patterns that shape your thoughts, relationships, and decisions, and responding with greater clarity and choice
Feeling more grounded and present in daily life, with a clearer sense of direction and connection to what matters most
“Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves… Live the questions now.”
— Rainer Maria Rilke
welcome
I’m Greg
I’m a licensed mental health counselor (LPC). I offer a relational, trauma-informed approach grounded in respect for your lived experience. I aim to create a space that feels steady, thoughtful, and human—where you don’t need to perform or explain yourself.
My work is shaped by both clinical training and my own lived experience. I’ve experienced the healing power of a therapeutic relationship and I’m honored to offer that kind of relational space to others.
How I work
I believe change happens through presence, understanding, and relationship.
We take time to understand your inner world—your thoughts, emotions, body responses, and relational patterns—and how they’ve taken shape over time. Many of the patterns we developed made sense at the time and helped us get through important seasons of our lives. We take time to understand those patterns with care and let new options emerge.
Our work is collaborative and intentional. You don’t need to have the right words. We begin where you are.
Next Steps
If you’re considering therapy, the first step is simply a conversation.
You’re welcome to reach out with questions, explore whether this seems like the right fit, or schedule an initial session.
